Having multiple backgrounds in computer programming, engineering, and design allow me to be comfortable operating using both sides of my brain. Years of project management experience for both technical and marketing projects has allowed me to develop a set of management skills suitable for a diverse team of technical and creative, junior and senior individuals.

How do I work?

I listen to customers and stakeholders. I have the presentation skills and the ability to simplify technical concepts to help a non-technical audience understand.  I can discuss stakeholder requirements with subject matter experts and develop project plans to construct a development schedule and identify critical paths, dependencies, milestones, etc.  I can provide oversight, support, and mentorship to a team without operating at too low of a level to kill creativity and stifle progress. I know what types of information that should be reported to allow stakeholders to have sufficient insight.  I understand how a project should be tested, documented, and delivered.
