Precision7 is the portfolio website of Thomas Mann. It showcases his work that he was responsible for during his careers.

Mr. Mann has more than 15 years of experience in project management, software development, internet technologies, computer networks, and user interface design. Mr. Mann was most recently the Acting Director of System Development at Applied Defense Solutions, where he managed a variety of aerospace-related software projects, while also serving as the Spacecraft Design Tool (SDT) Product Manager. Prior to ADS, Mr. Mann was a Program Manager with Star Technologies Corporation. At Star, he managed the Training and Tactical ORS Operations (TATOO) Laboratory, a spacecraft simulation environment designed to educate the Warfighter in satellite tasking and funnel Warfighter requirements to AFRL satellite programs.

Mr. Mann also served as the Product Manager for FreeFlyer at a.i. solutions, inc. There, he led a multi-year user interface redesign initiative, balancing aerospace requirements with human factors. He also served as a software engineer and designed a number of internet applications, including a collaboration and file-sharing tool that is used by several program offices at NASA KSC, web-based software to track status of mission parameters used for all NASA KSC launches, and a web site to coordinate launch vehicle ride share opportunities.

Mr. Mann served as Chief Technology Officer for WiSE Technologies, an early provider of public wi-fi hotspots. In his role, he designed wi-fi networks used in major airports and college campuses to maximize monthly revenue.

His areas of expertise include process management, user interface design, user testing and requirement analysis, database design, and software management. Mr. Mann has a patent pending for the design of web-based engineering software.
