Years of project management experience for both technical and\u00a0marketing projects has allowed me to develop a set of management skills suitable for\u00a0a diverse team of technical and creative, junior and senior individuals.<\/p>\n<h3>How do I work?<\/h3>\n<p>I listen to customers and stakeholders. I have the presentation skills and the ability to simplify\u00a0technical concepts\u00a0to help a\u00a0non-technical audience understand. \u00a0I can discuss stakeholder requirements with subject matter experts and develop project plans to construct a development schedule and identify critical paths, dependencies, milestones, etc. \u00a0I can provide oversight, support, and mentorship to a team without operating at too low of a level to kill creativity and stifle progress.
